Ingredients

  • Leftover beef 300g
  • Chinese yam 200g
  • Carrot 100g
  • Ginger 2 slices
  • Goji berries 15g

Preparation Method

Cut beef into pieces and blanch. Peel and cut yam into sections. Put beef, yam, carrot, and ginger in pot, add water and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add goji berries in last 5 minutes.
